Useful information from A to Z

Arrival and departure

  • Arrival between 3 pm and 8 pm
  • Departure by 11 am
  • Subject to availability, early check-in or late check-out can be booked for a fee of €30 each
  • You are welcome to leave your luggage at reception on the day of arrival and departure

Bus stop

  • The ‘Bärenplatz’ stop is right outside the front door

Bicycle storage

  • Free of charge in the garage box, subject to availability
  • The key must be collected from reception

Breakfast

  • From 7 am to 10 am in the breakfast room on the ground floor

Cash machine

  • The Volksbank Tettnang is located right next to the hotel

Children’s facilities

  • Changing table in the ladies’ toilet on the first floor
  • High chairs available
  • Cots available upon request and subject to availability (surcharge: €15 per night)

Dogs

  • Are also very welcome, but may only stay in the Classic Rooms
  • Unfortunately, your dog cannot be brought to breakfast
  • Surcharge: €15 per day, excluding food

Fire safety

  • All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors connected directly to the fire brigade
  • The assembly point in the event of a fire is the Volksbank car park next door

Guest card

  • You can order the Lake Constance Experience Card online or purchase it from the Tourist Information Office
  • With this card, you can enjoy numerous benefits in the region

Garage parking space

  • Available to book for your car for an additional charge of €15, subject to availability

Minibar

  • All Deluxe & Smart Plus rooms have a minibar, which we will be happy to stock on request

Nothing but hot air

  • Hairdryers in stylish cases can be found in every room

Parking

  • A limited number of free parking spaces are available at the hotel
  • Alternatively, there is a public car park approximately 100 metres away
